From Northern Pinellas County:
Take US 19 South to 118th Avenue and turn east (left). Go about 2/10 mile past the 49th street light and you'll see the Regent Commerce Center on your right. We will be on the right in Suite 203.

From Southern Pinellas County:
Take US 19 North and exit onto 49th St. N., go north approximately 1 mile and turn east (right) onto 118th Avenue. Travel about 2/10 mile and you'll see the Regent Commerce Center on your right. We will be on the right in Suite 203.

From Tampa and all points north and east:
Take I-75 (or I-4) to I-275 and head west towards St. Petersburg. After crossing Tampa Bay on the Howard Frankland bridge, get off at the third exit (Roosevelt / 118th Ave. N.). Stay to the left on the exit ramp and follow signs to 118th Avenue. At the traffic signal at 118th avenue, turn left and travel about 1.5 miles and you'll see the Regent Commerce Center on your left. You will need to continue a little more to the first possible U-turn at 47th Street/Automobile Blvd., then double back and turn right into the Regent Commerce Center. We will be on the right in Suite 203.

From Sarasota / Bradenton and all points south:
Take I-75 north to I-275 and cross the Sunshine Skyway bridge ($1 toll). Stay on I-275 North through St. Petersburg to the Roosevelt Blvd. exit. Stay to your left and follow Roosevelt about 4/10 mile to the 28th St. light. Turn Left and follow 28th St. to the 118th Avenue light and turn right. Travel about 1.5 miles and you'll see the Regent Commerce Center on your left. You will need to continue a little more to the first possible U-turn at 47th Street/Automobile Blvd., then double back and turn right into the Regent Commerce Center. We will be on the right in Suite 203.
