Whatever your needs, Access has you covered. Why buy that expensive piece of gear if you'll only need it for a short time? We have rental rates that can fit any budget and leave you with MORE PROFIT! If you are afraid of splurging for something out of fear that it will be obsolete before it's paid for itself we offer an AFFORDABLE alternative - Long Term Rental. And if you decide that you really would like to add the item to your arsenal, we offer a generous RENTAL REBATE program so that your money is not wasted. For each rental period we will apply a percentage of your payments toward purchase - off of our already DISCOUNTED purchase price! Here's how it works:

• After 3 months: 20% of rental payments applied towards purchase
• After 6 months: 30% of rental payments applied towards purchase
• After 9 months: 40% of rental payments applied towards purchase
• After 12 months: 50% of rental payments applied towards purchase

  In order to offer you the lowest possible prices and best service, we require payment in full when equipment is picked up for rental. We also cannot guarantee a reservation without a deposit.

   We accept cash, Florida checks (w/driver's license), Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cashier's checks.
 
   Equipment rental period, pickup and return times are agreed upon in advance by Customer and Access Media. (1 day rental = 24 hours) Customer is required to sign the rental contract.

   A cancellation charge will be assessed for orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
 
               Insurance Requirement
 
   An insurance certificate for the rented equipment must be provided showing Access Media Group as the loss payee and additional insured.

   Access media can pre-authorize a credit card for the replacement amount of the rented equipment.

                                                                       -or-

   Customer may purchase insurance for a fee of 10% of the total bill, covering accidental loss or damage to equipment. If a claim is filed, $1000 deductible will be assessed to the customer.
